Sometimes the anxious and desperate outburst of aggression

Knock down drag out the molten lava of petty emotions

Trivial are the things utterly they shout

Serious ones, just murmured forgetting what it was all about

Most times,they are not enough fair

Not intended to comment upon I swear

Each of us commit it at times somewhere

Not very often we think about or care

On acquaintances with people stuck in such instances

One either comments or gives weird glances

Surprisingly we behave,amazing tactics we deploy

Showing, the things like that simply annoy

Every moment all pretend to be the Christ

To hide their flaws and hog the limelight

One needs to check the cause of distress

That's what ends up with a big mess

If encountered the very moments, no need to be panic

For its the thrust that propels the planes supersonic

Expect the Unexpected

Events in life are like rains in Bangalore, unpredictable yet mesmerizing  (I am anyways not talking about the mental trauma through which you undergo when you are stuck in heavy traffic due to this rain).

Back on the topic..

Something/Someone will turn up suddenly to you of which you would have never thought of. Opportunity, you would have eagerly waiting for, and it may knock at your doorstep when you might be lost in your world of dreams and fantasy. No doubt dreams and nightmares are two facets of your own life.

Even the bestest dreams of yours may turn up to you as nightmares, if you have been pursuing the same for a hell long part of your life and it (your goal) would have never even bothered about or cared of you, as a prospective candidate.

So is the truth of life, you believe it or not, sometimes sweet sometimes sour, and sometimes super sweet, sweeter than honey it tastes when you were actually about to put into your mouth a piece of chilly and sometimes bitter than the bittergourd or sometimes even the honey may taste bitter, for the fever would have chained you before you would have realized and done something about it.

So, what I believe is to always be prepared for the surprises that life rolls out for you. It may not seem to you that fruitful when a beautiful castle of sand built by you a minute before, would have just been broken but in a long run you will definitely realize that sand castles, however strong they may be, even the weakest wave in the ocean have strengths enough to take away with it the nest of your life.

Zest of life is to enjoy even the sorrows and failures that you face for it will not only heal the pain of loosing but also regenerate your soul to fight the miseries of the world.

Diplomacy is the Key to Leadership

Okay..leme explain the term leader and leadership through this simple catch line, with which many of you would have come across many a times

Leadership is the art of implementing a plan, project, process or mission in such a way that everyone (within the mob) feels that his/her idea was the need of hour and hence, chosen.

I hope you would have understood the concept of leadership which I am trying to pinpoint. I am not criticizing this methodology of making people work together, this indeed is sometimes the only way to march towards the progress. While working with a group of thousands or lets say millions of people, the captain needs to make every individual in the group feel that his/her presence was not any way less important than that of the others. For whether you may believe it or not, that individual is not a "Drop in an ocean" , infact each of these individuals rather assemble to make the saying "Every drop counts".. true!!

There may be several other things to be taken care of, but this is one thing that I believe is the key to be a successful leader irrespective of the field/aspect of life in which you are trying to stand out of the crowd and let others feel, that you may drive the wheel of success with your endeavour.

Never Ending Journey Of Unhappiness..!!

Human beings, synonym of "Unhappiness", yeah, that's why we will find atleast one reason to cry for, even when we already have a million reasons to smile .. You think, "I am lying"..ok ok..just rewind your life.. a few hours..or may be a day ..

Now, honestly think of the time when you were happy about something, don't tell me that you had no reason to be happy or to smile ever, anyone's life can't be that pathetic, atleast give it a try..!!

Ya, you can  do it..ok..so now you got one.. :)

Just think of the very next moment, you would definitely be thinking of something/someone..that would have doubled your happiness..

You know what, we have a strange attraction to everything, it's not the matter of happiness or satisfaction. it's just the matter of conquerence..ya..as soon as we get something/someone, the desire to conquer that gets over and also the objective to continue living, so we find new ones to continue this monotonous and stereotypical life with a fresh zeal and hence, we set for ourselves, a new aim to pursue..!!

That's what keep ourselves indulged in this wordly wheel of happiness and sadness, letting us forget the question

"Why do we all die to live when we actually live to die..!!" :)

Still a mystery for me..!!

Deserted and Isolated Hours..!!

I sometimes wonder, am I the only person who often feels a weird loneliness among a crowd of 100s or say 1000s of people or there are many others among the crowd who feel the same..?

What is this strange envelope of emptiness that surrounds you so deep, that you find yourself lost in a world of irresistible and tempting silence, at times a soothing blackhole of darkness, that actually steals a few moments of relaxation from this fast pace of life, with which I often try to coordinate my footsteps..!!

While diving into the ocean of my dreams and fantasy, I may be alone but not sad..silent but not dumb..unveilling the secrets of this mysterious yet fascinating world, every now and then..!!

I just hope that I will find the master key to the locks of this strange magical cobweb very soon..!!

Sometimes I Don't Know What To Do..!!

One situation that I often come across, that makes me rethink over the statement "Sometimes I Don't Know What To Do" is times when I meet new people..

I find it difficult to start the conversation with and talk to them.It's not because I don't like mingling with new people..I do ..the only thing that obstructs me from saying anything and talking to them is that I am not aware of what the person in front of me would think of anything that I say..not in the sense that it will leave a bad impression..It's only that I don't want to hurt people even by chance..I don't want to say something, towards which, the person sitting in front of me has a different perception and then he/she may not like the statement that I have made or it may hurt the sentiments of some people..because each of us has a different way of reacting to different situations..

This is one reason that often confronts me from saying something during the first few meetings with anybody..
