Okay..leme explain the term leader and leadership through this simple catch line, with which many of you would have come across many a times
Leadership is the art of implementing a plan, project, process or mission in such a way that everyone (within the mob) feels that his/her idea was the need of hour and hence, chosen.
I hope you would have understood the concept of leadership which I am trying to pinpoint. I am not criticizing this methodology of making people work together, this indeed is sometimes the only way to march towards the progress. While working with a group of thousands or lets say millions of people, the captain needs to make every individual in the group feel that his/her presence was not any way less important than that of the others. For whether you may believe it or not, that individual is not a "Drop in an ocean" , infact each of these individuals rather assemble to make the saying "Every drop counts".. true!!
There may be several other things to be taken care of, but this is one thing that I believe is the key to be a successful leader irrespective of the field/aspect of life in which you are trying to stand out of the crowd and let others feel, that you may drive the wheel of success with your endeavour.
